You have been chosen for a sacred mission: to raise a marvelous city on the holy grounds. It’s not only a mission bestowed the Emperor but also sealed by the will of the gods. After your appointment as the Governor of this land, people’s lives are in your hands. You must fulfill the Emperor’s wish and bring prosperity to the city. Making decisions is no funny business; as there are more people, your citizens' needs grow bigger. As the governor, you must deliver their requests or face unhappy residents.
