About Plants vs. Zombies: Project Hot Tub
Project Hot Tub was an open-world action-adventure game that combined the open-world gameplay of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, the combat of Batman: Arkham Knight, and the family-friendly vibes of Ratchet & Clank. The game was being worked on by PopCap Vancouver in around 2015 and was planned to be released in early 2017. According to sources gathered by IGN, in the second half of 2016, the game was ready to show off to EA executives, but little did they know, EA would trash Project Hot Tub a few days later in order for them to get more working hands on the now-canceled Star Wars game codenamed Project Ragtag.
