About Re-Volt OpenGL
RVGL is a modern, cross-platform re-write of Re-Volt with thousands of custom creations (from skins and cars to whole new tracks) to choose from to make the game your own. Online Races in the community are held regularly.
Re-Volt is an R/C car racing game from Acclaim, originally released in 1999. It features great gameplay, several game modes and realistic physics, coupled with bright and colorful visuals that still hold up to this day.
It's a game aimed not only towards people who just want to play a funky arcade racing game, but also for people who seek a more competitive challenge. It's meant for all ages and occasions: play by yourself, in a local network with friends, or even online with players from all around the World!
For years Toy-Volt had been producing games and toys for children all over the world. Within months of introducing their first products, they shot to the top of their trade.
However, it appears that the products have gained minds of their own. Escaping from the shelves that held them prisoners they have entered the real world, and are now creating chaos as they enjoy their new found freedom... the Toy-volt R/C cars have Re-Volted!
